Community Access Program

For Lifelong Learning

The Community Access Program is great opportunity for anyone to attend lectures offered by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. You don't need to be enrolled in a degree - a passion for learning is all that's required!

Choose from a wide range of discipline areas such as:

Anthropology, Asian Studies, Classics, Development Studies, English, European Studies, Gender, Work & Social Inquiry, History, Linguistics, Geography, Environment & Population, Philosophy and Politics

The cost to participate is $250 per course, with a discounted rate of $225 available to graduates and former staff of the University. For further information including Frequently Asked Questions and Testimonials, download the Community Access Brochure.

How do I apply?

  • View the list of available courses. You can find a description of each course, including the lecture times and dates, by searching the Course Planner.
  • Fill out the enrolment form.
  • Post the form to the address listed with a cheque or money order made payable to 'The University of Adelaide'.
  • Alternatively, you can visit the Faculty Office on the Ground Floor of the Napier Building (North Terrace Campus) with your form and cash or cheque payment. Please note that change, EFTPOS and credit card facilities are not available.
