Gloria Strzlecki

Since graduating with an MA in Art History, Gloria is running a 'Room of Her Own Own', a commercial art space that places its curatorial focus on young artists exhibiting professionally, in the hip Queen Street, Croydon precinct.

Gloria opened the gallery in July 2007 with another Graduate Elspeth Pitt after we both noticed a the lack of middle ground in the local contemporary art gallery scene.

Gloria also works at the Art Gallery of South Australia as a curatorial research assistant to Rebecca Andrews and Tracey Lock-Weir in Australian art.
