Enrolment Assistance
The enrolment hotline (08 8303 3833) is available for all online enrolment queries. You may also send an email to enrol.help@adelaide.edu.au

Outstanding Debts
Enrolment will not be possible if you have an outstanding debt to the University. You will need to clear any such debts before attempting to enrol.

Australian Citizens
Australian citizens who intend to use FEE-HELP (previously known as PELS) for the first time in 2008 to finance their studies, will need to submit an online application during the enrolment process. This is the case for all students using FEE-HELP for the first time, including those who have previously applied for PELS. You will need to provide your Tax File Number as part of your application.

Upgrading Your Program
Please note that if you have completed a lower level program (such as the Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma) and you wish to upgrade to a higher level program (such as the Masters) you will need to gain approval from the Program Coordinator in order to upgrade. You do not have to apply to graduate from the lower level program in order to be upgraded. Upgrading your program also means you will be enrolling under a new program and you will need to nominate your fee payment option for the new program. If you are financing your studies using FEE-HELP, you will therefore have to reapply for FEE-HELP under the new program.

Amending Enrolments
Students are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their enrolment. If you wish to amend your enrolment in any way, such as adding a new course, dropping a course or changing courses, you will need to complete this amendment online through Access Adelaide, and also within the appropriate period of time. Critical dates are as follows:
