Facilities

All postgraduate by coursework students at the University of Adelaide are entitled to some basic facilities. These include reasonable access to computers, storage space, printing and photocopying. Your printing accounts are as follows:

University account
You can use this account in the labs on level 1 & level 2 of the Napier Building and also at the Barr Smith Library. This account is organised through the University Contact Centre and is set-up in 2 parts, 1 Jan – 30 June and 1 July – 30 December. You are allocated $36 for each period and if you run out of this quota you need to pay for extra printing / photocopying at the University Contact Centre. You will receive an email when your quota is getting low and if you wish to monitor your usage you can do this at www.adelaide.edu.au/student/current/printing

A school-based account
This account can only be used in the coursework computer suite, Napier 524. You have a quota of 500 printing copies and 500 photocopy copies. For further information please see the staff in the School of History & Politics office, room 423, level 4, Napier Building.

Postgraduate Students are eligible to apply for a $5.00 per annum membership of the University of Adelaide Club (Hughes Plaza), which provides national and international newspapers, magazines and eating/drinking. It is the only place on campus that certified Halal food is served.
