Will be graduating in 2009

I choose my double degree program because of its ability to create my own career pathways. My studies have confirmed and heightened my passions for Anthropology and the Developing world. They have provided skills, knowledge and insight that I can take into many profession and potential career pathways. My current focus is One Village – a grassroots, politically and religiously neutral aid organisation assisting communities in Uganda to achieve sustainable development.

I am undertaking a two month work experience stint in the Social Research department of Urbis; a Social Research Consultancy Firm. This experience is granting me the opportunity to apply and sharpen the skills and techniques learned my double degree; such as statistical analysis, literatures analysis, interview techniques and the creation of reports for the public and private sectors. When I return I will betgin an Arts Internship with The Honourable Alexander Downer
