About ANTS
ANTS has been developed to explore and develop areas of Native Title research and anthropology, including;
- advancing knowledge and rigourous practice in the anthropology of native title;
- developing approaches to research and analysis which serve the needs of native title claims, and also look towards indigenous futures;
- contributing to building the academic & practical capacities of native title anthropologists and facilitating professional development over the whole of their careers
ANTS is located in the School of Social Sciences. It has an independent advisory board and is run by a team of 5 project staff.
