Level I
Most courses offered by Humanities and Social Sciences are worth 3 units each. Each course can be identified by its subject area, e.g. ANTH = Anthropology, and Catalogue Number, e.g. 1104 = Level I (first year).
The maximum number of Level I courses that can count toward your degree is eight (24 units). This may be less if you have been awarded credit.
